How To File A Warranty Claim

Eagle Creek Floors strives to exceed your expectations when it comes to flooring. If an issue arises, please, reach out to the retailer you purchased products from first. Then, on your behalf, your retailer should start a claim with Eagle Creek Floors and assist you throughout the process.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Begin by requesting that your retailer submit a claim to Eagle Creek Floors. Every claim we receive is reviewed as soon as possible.

In the event that the retailer refuses to file a claim for you, please write a letter to us at Home Legend, P.O. Box 887, Adairsville, Georgia 30103. Please include as many details as you can, including the following:

  • The retailer’s information
  • Sales receipts including the flooring style, sq. footage, amount paid (excluding labor and cushion or underlayment) and installation date(s)
  • Describe any issues you have experienced with your product
  • Add photos if possible

We’ll contact the dealer for any further information required to begin the claim process.

Can I appeal if I do not agree with the claim’s findings?

If you prefer receiving a second opinion, we encourage you to contract an independent, certified flooring inspector. Please submit a copy of the certified inspector’s findings to our claims department to have your claim reevaluated if there is a warranty-covered fault with the flooring. You are entitled to repayment of the inspection costs if the claim is honored based on the inspector’s evaluation.
